Candied Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag carrots
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Peel and cut carrots into sticks.
    Cook until tender-crisp; drain.
    Melt margarine in frying pan.
    Add orange peel, brown sugar and carrots.
    Cook and toss until sugar is melted and carrots are glazed.
