Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    32 caramels
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup butter, flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and baking soda.
    Mix well.
