Grandma Esther'S And Sue'S Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. Ore-Ida potatoes (frozen squares)
    2 cans potato soup (do not dilute)
    4 oz. or 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    16 oz. sour cream
    parsley
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place frozen potatoes in single layer.
    Mix together soup, Cheddar cheese, onion and sour cream. Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle parsley and Parmesan cheese. Microwave on Medium-high 22 minutes, turn 3 times.
