Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. head cabbage
4 Tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground round
1 small onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1/3 c. raw rice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Shred cabbage coarsely; cut out tough ribs.
Cook in oil in 5-quart Dutch oven until tender; stir occasionally.
Brown meat and onion in large frypan.
Add spaghetti sauce, water and raw rice; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spoon in 1/2 cup of meat sauce.
Top with half of cabbage, half of meat sauce and half of cheese. Repeat with remaining cabbage, meat sauce and cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 8 servings.
