Ingredients

1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. cherry pie filling
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Prepare pudding as directed on package.
Cool and then fold in oranges.
Combine pie filling and orange rind and layer with pudding in individual dessert dishes, beginning and ending with pudding.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
