Zucchini Nibblers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
-
Lightly mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until top is golden.
Cut in squares and eat hot or cold.
