Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    7 medium size sweet potatoes
    2 medium sized Granny Smith apples, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes with the peeling on, then peel, cool and cut in 3/4-inch chunks, about 5 1/2 cups.
    Place mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder and salt in a large bowl and whisk to blend. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients.
    Toss gently to mix and coat.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 3 days for flavors to develop.
