Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
    1 lb. sausage, at room temperature
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Knead on lightly floured board until dough can be handled easily.
    Divide dough in half and roll one-half inch thick. Divide sausage in half and spread dough.
    Roll in jelly fashion. Chill.
    Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and meat is done.
