Blanc Mange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
8 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Boil milk.
Moisten the cornstarch with a little cold milk, then add to the boiling milk and stir until it thickens.
Add the sugar and salt.
Remove from heat and pour into custard cups. Refrigerate to harden.
Serve with cream sauce.
Serves 5.
