Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed baked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick melted margarine
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. shredded or fresh coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and place marshmallows on top.
Return to oven and slightly melt and brown marshmallows.
