Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    crushed Ritz crackers for topping
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
    Drain well.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, pepper and onion. Mix well.
    Add broccoli and turn into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until it bubbles and browns.
    Serves 8.
