President'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter/margarine (1/4 c.)
juice of 1 lemon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
Preparation

In a pan, mix together all ingredients except chicken breasts and heat over low flame until butter or margarine has melted. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish and pour sauce over the breasts.
Broil 30 to 35 minutes, turning chicken occasionally, to coat well with sauce.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Drizzle pan drippings over the rice or noodles for a delicious flavor boost.
