24-Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 lb. crisp bacon
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    3/4 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium-sized onion
    sugar
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into small pieces.
    Chop cauliflower into little flowerets.
    Dice onion into tiny pieces.
    Fry bacon crisp and break into crumbs.
    Thaw out package of frozen peas.
    Put in Parmesan cheese.
    Sprinkle sugar lightly over the top.
    Spread mayonnaise over top.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Mix well.
