Ingredients

1 stick sweet butter
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. white chocolate chunks
1 c. milk chocolate chunks
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Beat butter (softened) and sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla and egg.
Mix well.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Add chocolate chunks and nuts, if desired.
Drop onto foil-covered cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes, until almost cooked in center.
Cool completely so center sets.
