Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 heaping c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. ginger or 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. scalded milk (1/2 evaporated milk and 1/2 skim)
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar.
Add other ingredients.
Add scalded milk last.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out of center clean.
