Quick Pepper Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. cubed steak
    5 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 sliced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Cut steak and
    green peppers into 1/2 inch strips; cook and stir in oil
    in
    large skillet until meat loses red color. Stir in water, gravy
    mix
    and soy sauce.
    Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes until
    tender,
    stirring
    occasionally.
    Onion may also be used.
