Raw Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 onion, grated fine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Contains 40 calories per tablespoon.
