Cabriolet Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pot or chuck roast (lean)
    soy sauce
    teriyaki sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    Tabasco sauce (optional)
    onion (optional)
Preparation
    Trim fat off meat and cut in bite size pieces.
    Preheat with enough soy and teriyaki sauce to cover bottom of skillet.
    Add meat; brown and stir.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Add 50/50 mixture of soy and teriyaki sauce to cover approximately 3/4 depth of meat. Add generous dash of Worcestershire sauce.
    (Optional:
    Add small dash of Tabasco sauce.)
    If needed, add water to just cover meat; simmer 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
