Streusel Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Soak yeast in milk, using 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of the flour.
    Beat with a spoon.
    Add sugar, shortening and salt. Beat.
    Add other 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Grease and let rise double (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
    Put in greased 11 x 15-inch cookie sheet. Spread with sliced peaches or applesauce.
