Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/4 c. strawberry gelatin
3 c. strawberries
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

In saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch well.
Stirring constantly, add water.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat and add gelatin.
Dissolve.
Place berries in crust and pour hot mixture over berries.
Chill for 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip.
