Broccoli Wreath - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bunches broccoli, cut into florets (about 14 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. butter, cut into small pieces
Preparation

In saucepan, bring one-inch water to a boil.
Add broccoli; cover and steam for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Plunge into ice water; drain.
Toss with salt and pepper.
Arrange florets and tomatoes in 12-cup ring mold.
Dot with butter.
Cover with foil.
(Can be made ahead.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Bring to room temperature before baking.)
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. May use cheese sauce over this when serving.
Makes 20 servings.
