Crawfish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked crawfish tails
    1 can tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
    croutons
Preparation
    Combine tomato soup and crawfish tails.
    Add enough water to suit your preferred consistency.
    Blend mixture well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve in shallow soup bowls and float croutons on top.
    Serves 4 to 6.
