Sugar Coated Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 large eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate together.
    Combine dry ingredients, except confectioners sugar, in large bowl.
    Add chocolate mixture, eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
    Cover and chill 2 hours. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll balls in confectioners sugar.
    Place 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
