Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
3 to 5 apples, diced
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. brown sugar
1 lb. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. self-rising flour
1 pt. nuts
1 tsp. allspice
4 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Cream the butter.
Add sugar, eggs and 2 cups flour.
Dredge fruits and nuts with 1 cup flour and spices. Fold into cake mixture.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
