Grandma Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream together sugar, shortening, eggs, salt and vanilla. Sift together remaining ingredients and fold into creamed mixture.
