Pumpkin Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. half and half
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. self-rising corn meal mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. each ginger, nutmeg and cloves
    1 Press 'N Bake cream cheese crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream sugar and butter with mixer on medium low.
    Add remaining ingredients; blend well.
    Pour into prepared crust.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Good served chilled and topped with whipped cream.
    Yields 1 (9-inch) pie.
