Cut-Out Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Cream shortening. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift flour with baking powder and add to creamed mixture. Roll out, cut and place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg white and decorate. Bake 5 plus minutes in 375\u00b0 oven. Great for kids!
