Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt well.
    Add shortening and mix until crumbly.
    In small bowl mix egg, vinegar and 1/2 cup of water. Combine with first mix until moistened.
    Divide dough into 4 portions and wrap in plastic.
    Chill between 1/2 and 1 hour.
    Roll out on floured board.
