Prairie Fire Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked red beans
    1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, grated
    1 tsp. jalapeno juice
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 lb. butter
    4 jalapenos, chopped and seeded
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
Preparation
    Put beans through a sieve.
    Mix all ingredients and heat over hot water until cheese is melted.
    Serve hot from chafing dish with fried tortillas or potato chips.
