Betty'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    15 oz. beef chuck, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. tomato juice
    4 small potatoes, chopped
    3 medium carrots, chopped
    1 c. English peas (frozen)
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In 4 or 5-quart pan, heat oil.
    Add onion and cook over medium heat (1 to 2 minutes).
    Add beef and stir to combine.
    Cook until beef is brown (about 15 minutes).
    Stir frequently.
