Hot Dog Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium size potatoes
6 hot dogs
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 oz. slice cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice thin. Cut hot dogs about 1/4-inch thick.
Arrange potatoes and hot dogs in alternate layers in greased baking dish or casserole, beginning and ending with potatoes.
Melt margarine in saucepan. Blend in flour.
Add milk and cut up cheese.
Stir over low heat until sauce boils and cheese melts.
Pour over potatoes and hot dogs, topped with extra cheese.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
