Baked Halibut Or Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh spinach
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    margarine
    parsley
    basil
    tarragon
    2 lb. halibut or flounder fillets
Preparation
    Steam spinach until wilted, set aside.
    Saute mushrooms and garlic in margarine.
    Set aside.
    Put spinach in Pyrex dish and top with mushrooms and garlic.
    Place flounder on top of spinach and mushrooms.
    Season with parsley, basil, tarragon and top with margarine.
    Bake in moderate oven until fish flakes and is opaque. Serve with French rolls and herbed butter.
