Rhubarb Meringue Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cream or milk
    2 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites
    4 to 5 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients like pie crust.
    Pat in 9-inch square pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
