Cherry Glazed Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 lb. boneless pork loin roast
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1/4 to 1/2 c. golden raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place roast on rack in shallow baking pan.
    Roast uncovered in 325\u00b0 oven 2 1/2 to 3 hours (allow about 30 to 35 minutes per pound).
    Meanwhile, in bowl, combine pie filling, lemon juice and cinnamon.
    Spoon cherry glaze over roast several times during last 20 minutes of cooking time.
    Remove meat from oven.
    Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
    Heat remaining glaze and serve with roast.
