Snowball Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour and salt together and add this to butter mixture.
Add pecans and shape into balls. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
