Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. chili powder
garlic salt
red pepper

Preparation

Brown hamburger.
Add salt, thyme, cumin and chili powder and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Add red pepper to taste.
Cover with water and simmer for one hour.
Add red food coloring to add color if desired.
