Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boned chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. flour
butter or oleo
6 slices ham
2 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts; skin them.
Lay ham and cheese on one side and fold other side over.
Hold together with wooden toothpick.
Dip chicken in egg mixture.
Roll in bread crumbs and flour.
Brown in melted butter in skillet.
Place chicken in baking dish in oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Make white sauce with Cheddar cheese; pour over to serve.
