Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated zucchini, drained well
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar, add vanilla and oil; blend well.
    Add zucchini, gradually add the dry ingredients which have been mixed together.
    Stir in pineapple, nuts and raisins; mix well.
    Place in greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tests done.
    Cool.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
