Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped, stuffed olives
1 glass jar raw kraut (about 2 lb.)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and add to sauerkraut.
Cover bowl tightly and chill in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
