Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, sliced
    5 Tbsp. margarine, divided
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in 8-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter.
    Place pineapple rings (or crushed) on bottom of pan on top of butter and brown sugar.
