Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    mushrooms (optional)
    green pepper (optional)
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables in a 10-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Pour mixture of eggs, milk, biscuit mix, salt and pepper over all.
    Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
