Potatoes Ala "Adair County" - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium size potatoes, peeled
1 onion, peeled
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Prepare a double layer of aluminum foil sprayed with Pam. Slice potatoes.
Place on foil. Add margarine, parsley, garlic, pepper and salt.
Wrap foil by crimping the sides together.
Place on gas grill, upper rack, for approximately 35 minutes.
Open and serve!
