Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    cheese
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 (8 oz.) tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    4 oz. Mozzarella
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. basil
    dash of garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain and layer in casserole. Top with finely chopped spinach.
    Mix together lightly the tomato juice, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, mushrooms and cottage cheese.
    Spread on top of spinach.
    Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    It doesn't look very pretty, but it is delicious!
