Corn, Potatoes And Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed (cooked) potatoes
1 can or fresh corn (creamed)
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
Preparation
-
Stir-fry hamburger, onion and seasoning (to taste) until browned.
Layer in casserole - first the hamburger, then corn, then mashed potatoes as crust.
Keep in layers.
Do not mix.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, until brown on tips of potatoes.
This is for 2 people, but you can increase meat and potatoes to serve more people.
