Jackie'S Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 turkey necks
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    stock from turkey necks
    salt and pepper to taste
    water (if needed)
Preparation
    Boil turkey necks until done.
    Skim off fat, if desired. Debone necks and discard bones.
    Brown flour in a skillet; add stock and stir.
    Add salt, pepper and turkey meat.
    Add water if needed.
