Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream with chives
    butter
    paprika
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and drain.
    Beat cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until well blended.
    Add hot potatoes gradually. Beat constantly, until light and fluffy.
    If too stiff, add a little milk.
    Season with garlic salt.
    Spoon potatoes into a 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can be refrigerated for several days. Reheat at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
