Baked Apple Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crusts
    3/4 c. cooked apples
    sugar and ground cinnamon as desired
Preparation
    Cut pastry into eight 4 1/2-inch circles.
    Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons apples on one-half of each circle.
    Moisten edges with water; fold dough over and crimp edges with fork.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 435\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over cooked turnover.
