Tarragon-Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves (boneless)
    nonstick cooking spray
    2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. country style Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. crushed, dried tarragon
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with spray.
    Place breasts, flesh side down, in dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover snugly with foil, sealing edges.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    During final 10 minutes, remove foil and turn chicken flesh side up.
    Remove chicken breasts to serving platter.
    Strain juice and spoon over each breast.
