Sour Cream Potato Salad(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, chilled, cooked potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, onion and eggs in bowl.
    Combine and mix the remaining ingredients.
    Add dressing to potato mixture. Mix carefully.
    Cover and chill before serving.
