Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 2 lemons
2 bunches dill, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
cracked black pepper and salt to taste
2 Tbsp. fine diced red onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a plastic container with a lid. Shake very well to emulsify.
Serve over salad greens or as a dip for crisp vegetables.
